1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of ION7, including our website at ionsevenapp.com, the ION7 dashboard, the ION7 AI assistant, and the website, email, domain and hosting services we provide (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.


2. Who can use ION7

ION7 is built for businesses. You must be at least 18 and have the authority to act for the business you sign up for. You’re responsible for everyone you invite to your account and for what they do in it.


3. Your account

Keep your login details safe and your account information accurate. Your plan sets how many users can access your dashboard (Basic 1, Pro up to 3, Business up to 5). Tell us straight away at support@ionsevenapp.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.


4. Plans and pricing

Plans are priced in UAE dirhams (AED) and billed monthly or yearly, as shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. Yearly plans include one month free, so you pay for 11 months and get 12. VAT and other taxes are added where they apply.


We may change our prices. If a change affects your plan, we’ll tell you in advance and the new price will apply from your next billing period after the notice.


5. Promotions and the early-bird offer

From time to time we run promotions. The current early-bird offer works like this:


  • Code BLESSINGDISC gives 50% off your plan fee for your first 12 months, on any plan, monthly or yearly.

  • It’s for new customers while early-bird slots last, one per business, and must be entered at checkout.

  • On a yearly plan it applies together with the free month.

  • After your first 12 months, your plan renews at the standard price.

  • Unless checkout says otherwise, the discount applies to the plan fee only, not to add-ons such as extra email accounts or premium domains.

    • We may end or change a promotion for new sign-ups at any time. Promotions have no cash value and can’t be exchanged or transferred.


    6. Your free website

    Every plan includes a website. You can:


  • Go live with a ready-made design from our design library, available as soon as your account is set up; or

  • Ask for a custom-built website. Our design team usually delivers it within 1–3 days of receiving the details and content we need from you.

    • Custom builds follow your plan’s page limits and include reasonable revisions. You own the content you provide. The designs, templates and code we supply are licensed to you for use with ION7 while your subscription is active.


    7. The ION7 AI assistant

    The ION7 AI assistant lets you ask for changes in plain language, for example updating your website, creating an inbox or checking your domain. It works only on your instructions.


  • Before it changes your website, email, domain or account, it shows you what it’s about to do and waits for your confirmation.

  • You’re responsible for reviewing and approving changes and for the content you ask it to publish.

  • AI can make mistakes. Check important details such as prices, opening hours and legal wording before you approve them.

  • You must not use the assistant to create unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content.

    • Some AI features may be introduced gradually or be labelled as beta while we improve them.


    8. AI credits

    Each plan includes AI credits, which are used when the assistant does work for you. Pro includes twice the AI credits of Basic, and Business includes four times the AI credits of Basic. Your current allowance and usage are shown in your dashboard.


    AI credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred or refunded, and are only for use within your ION7 account. We may adjust how credits are allowed or counted as the service develops. If a change reduces what your plan includes, we’ll give you notice first.


    9. Your website and content

    You keep ownership of your content, including text, photos, logos and emails. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload or ask us to publish.


    10. Domains

    Domains are registered through accredited registrars and follow the rules of each registry, including the rules for .ae domains. The domain is registered for your business, and you must give accurate registrant details. Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are usually non-refundable once started. Some plans include a free domain allowance, as shown on our pricing page.


    11. Business email

    Plans include business email accounts (Basic 4, Pro 8, Business 20), each with 8GB of storage. Extra accounts are paid add-ons, and you’ll always confirm the cost before they’re activated.


    If you delete an included account, it’s removed from active use. Paid add-on accounts you cancel stop at the end of the current billing cycle, and partial-month refunds aren’t guaranteed. Deleted mailboxes and their messages may not be recoverable.


    12. Acceptable use

    Don’t use ION7 to send spam or bulk unsolicited email, host illegal or harmful content, infringe anyone’s rights, spread malware, phish, or try to break or overload our systems. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules, the law, or our providers’ policies.


    13. Third-party providers

    We use trusted providers to run parts of the Service, including payments, email hosting, domains and DNS, website hosting, sign-in and AI processing. Their availability and rules can affect the Service. We choose them carefully but aren’t responsible for events outside our reasonable control.


    14. Billing and payment

    Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and are charged to your saved payment method. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we don’t store your full card number. If a payment fails, the process in section 16 applies.


    15. Cancellation and refunds

    You can cancel from your dashboard or by contacting support. Your paid services normally stay active until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for, unless we have to end them earlier for security, abuse, non-payment, provider rules or legal reasons.


    No refunds are issued for unused subscription periods unless the law requires it or we expressly agree. Domain registrations, renewals, transfers and other provider-committed services may be non-refundable once started.


    16. Non-payment, suspension and account termination

    If a subscription payment fails, we follow a time-based process before restricting or removing anything, to give you a fair chance to update your billing details.


    Days past due | Status | What happens


    0 | Payment past due | The payment has failed. Everything stays available while we retry the charge.


    1–3 | Grace period | Your account stays fully active. We notify you and ask you to update your payment details.


    4–6 | Restricted access | Your dashboard is locked and new actions are blocked. Your website and email keep working.


    7–13 | Suspended | Your website and business email are taken offline.


    14–29 | Termination pending | Final warning. Services stay suspended.


    30+ | Canceled | Your subscription is canceled. The data retention terms below apply.


    Once a successful payment is made before cancellation, restrictions are lifted and full access is restored.


    After cancellation, we keep your account data for 90 days so you can reactivate. After 90 days, your website, email and account data are permanently deleted. Domains follow their own registry renewal and expiry timelines.


    17. Service availability

    We work hard to keep ION7 running and use reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity and regular backups. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control can cause interruptions.


    18. Changes to the Service

    We keep improving ION7, so features, designs and limits may change. If a change significantly reduces what your paid plan includes, we’ll tell you in advance.


    19. Intellectual property

    ION7, its software, dashboard, designs, templates and branding belong to Mavsketch FZCO or its licensors. Apart from the rights we give you in these Terms, nothing transfers ownership to you.


    20. Liability

    To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.


    21. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law requires otherwise.


    22. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms as ION7, our providers or the law change. We’ll tell you about material changes through your dashboard, by email or on our website. If you keep using ION7 after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply.

    continue to apply alongside the sections above; where a section above states a

    different price or rule, that section prevails.

  • Basic: 4 accounts, 8GB each
  • Pro: 8 accounts, 8GB each
  • Business: 20 accounts, 8GB each

    • Add-ons and upgrades — monthly

  • Email Booster — 1 additional account: AED 14/month
  • Email Booster — 5 additional accounts: AED 65/month
  • Email Booster — 10 additional accounts: AED 120/month
  • Email Booster — 30 additional accounts: AED 300/month
  • Email Storage Booster — 25GB: AED 10/month per mailbox

    • Add-ons and upgrades — yearly

  • Email Booster — 1 additional account: AED 120/year

    • Booster rules

  • Storage Booster is separate from Email Booster. If a mailbox is included in the plan, only the Storage Booster is charged. If a mailbox is extra and upgraded to 25GB, both Email Booster and Storage Booster are charged.
  • Email Booster increases account-wide capacity and can be used across active email domains.
  • Storage Booster applies to one selected mailbox only.
  • Add-ons and upgrades are billed for the current cycle when activated. Cancellation or downgrade of an add-on takes effect at the next billing cycle or the end of the current paid period. No prorated refunds unless required by law or approved by ION7.
  • Provider cancellation, deletion or removal should be scheduled to avoid future provider charges. Suspended or deactivated mailboxes may still create provider cost and may continue to be billed unless fully cancelled or deleted according to policy.
  • You must export or back up mailbox data before deletion. Deleted mailboxes may permanently lose messages, settings and related data.

    • Provider substitution

  • Business Email is provided via a third-party email hosting provider. ION7 may change providers as needed. No specific provider is guaranteed.

    • Email migration support

  • Migration planning does not require passwords.
  • Migration planning is domain-level and requires a selected target domain.
  • Planned destination mailboxes are created under the selected target domain.
  • Migration capacity checks use account-level included seats plus ACTIVE paid Email Booster add-ons.
  • Pending or unpaid add-ons do not satisfy migration capacity requirements.
  • Migration execution may require temporary credentials or app passwords.
  • Credentials must be temporary, protected, not logged, and deleted after completion or cancellation.
  • Migration success may depend on old provider access, DNS timing and customer cooperation.

    1. Who we are

    This Privacy Policy explains how Mavsketch FZCO (“ION7”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit ionsevenapp.com or use ION7. We are responsible for your personal data under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and other laws that apply.


    2. What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email, phone number, business name, and login and team member details.

  • Billing details: plan, invoices and billing address. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.

  • Your content: website text and images, business email accounts and messages, uploaded files, and domain registrant details.

  • Messages to the ION7 AI assistant: what you ask, and the website, email or domain details it needs to do the job.

  • Usage and device data: pages visited, features used, IP address, browser and device type, and basic analytics about your website’s visitors.

  • Enquiries: what you send us through our contact form, email or support.

    • 3. How we use it

  • To provide ION7: setting up and hosting your website, running your email, registering and connecting domains, and carrying out the tasks you ask the assistant to do.

  • To bill you, prevent fraud and keep accounts secure.

  • To support you and send service messages, such as receipts, renewal reminders and payment notices.

  • To improve ION7 and understand how it’s used.

  • To send product news and offers, if you’ve agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

    • 4. The ION7 AI assistant and your data

    When you message the assistant, your request and the details it needs are processed by our AI providers so the task can be completed. The assistant only acts on your instructions, and it asks for confirmation before it changes your website, email, domain or account.


    We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your content to advertise to you. Avoid sharing sensitive personal data with the assistant, such as health or financial details, unless the task needs it.


    5. Why we’re allowed to use it

    We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interests (such as security, fraud prevention and improving ION7), or with your consent (such as marketing emails and non-essential cookies). Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.


    6. Who we share it with

    We share personal data only with those who help us run ION7, and only as far as they need it:


  • payment processing
  • email hosting
  • domain registrars, registries and DNS (registries may publish some registrant details as their rules require)
  • website hosting and content delivery
  • sign-in and authentication
  • AI processing
  • analytics and spam protection

    • We also share data with authorities when the law requires it, or with a buyer if our business is sold. These parties must protect your data and use it only for the purpose we share it for.


    7. How long we keep it

    We keep your data while your account is active. If your subscription is canceled, including after the non-payment timeline in our Terms of Service, we keep your account data for 90 days so you can reactivate. After that, your website, email and account data are permanently deleted.


    We keep some records longer where the law requires it, such as invoices for tax purposes. Domain data follows the registry’s own timelines.


    8. How we protect it

    We use encryption in transit, access controls, secure hosting and regular backups. Only people who need access to help you or run the service can see your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your login details private.


    9. International transfers

    Some of our providers store or process data outside the UAE. When that happens, we take steps to make sure your data stays protected, as UAE law requires.


    10. Your rights

    You can ask to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email support@ionsevenapp.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office.


    11. Cookies and analytics

    We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and keep the site secure. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics, to understand how people use our website. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, and Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms apply to it. You can control cookies in your browser settings.


    12. Children

    ION7 is for businesses and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.


    13. Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy as ION7, our providers or the law change. We’ll tell you about material changes through your dashboard, by email or on our website.

    Business email and migration records we hold

  • Business email metadata: domain, email addresses, mailbox status, storage allocation, setup status, add-on status, and migration planning records.
  • Migration data: provider name, old email addresses, destination mapping, and temporary credentials only when needed — never during planning.

    • Processor categories

  • Data may be shared with service providers for authentication, payment, hosting and database, domain and DNS, email hosting, storage and CDN, and monitoring and security.

    • Retention specifics

  • Legal and accounting records are retained as required by law.
  • Migration credentials are deleted after completion or cancellation.
